I was suddenly logged out of my kalighat ms- a few days after new year day. I have been trying to log back in, but I don't get the OTP, neither do I get a verification phone call; my service provider is excellent, so poor network is not the issue here. I have sent countless emails to kalighat ms- support but no response. This is poor customer service!!!!

Since the latest update, I can no longer click on hyper links in comments or on a post. I can't click on see more if someone has a long text on their post. I can't click on a page or group name at the top of a post to go to that page. Very frustrating. And no way to contact kalighat ms- to get any help.
