I could only use explorer and enable all blockers protecting my security to use selling on buy sell trade opentrends . Horrible app!

It was good until I changed my password and logged out all accounts to make sure I was the only person on my account. I was able to change my password however, I'm not receiving the code (generator) I need in order to log back in. I have contacted opentrends multiple times about my situation and sent my ID to show proof of my identity yet no response. Communication needs to improve when such situations occur.
