Report Hands on workshop “power point presentation Better to best” 08/09/2023-09/09/2023. Workshop “power point presentation Better to Best” was organised by Medical Education Unit, AIIMS, Raipur on 08/09/2023-09/09/2023 at LT-5, Medical College building, AIIMS Raipur. Chief Guest of the event was esteemed CEO & Director AIIMS, Raipur Prof. (Dr.) Ajai Singh & guest of honour was Dean (Academics) Prof. (Dr.) Alok C. Agrawal, Dean (Research), AIIMS, Raipur Prof. (Dr.) Sarita Agrawal & Dean (Examination), AIIMS, Raipur Prof. (Dr.) Eli Mohapatra. Welcome address was given by Organising Secretory Dr. Manisha B. Sinha & Organising Chairperson Prof. (Dr.) Amit Chowhan Stage Management was done by Dr. Dharam Singh Rathia. Inauguration of the event was done by our honourable Chief Guest, CEO& Director AIIMS, Raipur Prof. (Dr.) Ajai Singh. Session 1 was started by Dr. M. Saravanan from AIIMS Madurai, our esteemed speaker. He taught about introduction and basics of Powerpoint, Work area, Template and Lay-outs, Picture and videos insertion, Downloading videos from Youtube, Basic Animation, Morph tool across slides.It was followed by lunch break at 1:45 pm. After that session 2 was started at 2:30 pm, the speaker was Dr. B.N. Vallish, he discussed about Tables and smart arts. On this way the session of 1st day of workshop was finished at 5:30pm. Session 3 was started on 09/09/2023 at 10:00 am, 1st Dr. B.N. Vallish taught Images, Graphs, Flowcharts, Interactive PPT, after this, session was followed by a tea break at 11:45 am. Later Dr. M. Saravanan discussed Random Slides, cryptex. All the sessions were very much interactive. According to the participants, it was an excellent workshop organised by Dr Manisha and team of Medical Education Unit. A lot of new things which they were not aware previously, learned through this workshop. The way the speakers explained everything was simple and very much understandable.
