On the occasion of 150th Birth Anniversary of father of Nation “Mahatama Ghandhi” (Swachhta Diwas), a WALKTHON followed by Shramdan was organized by AIIMS, Raipur (photograph attached). This was flagged by Dean, Prof (Dr S.P Dhaneria, Deputy Director (Admin) Shri Neeresh Sharma and Medical superintendent Prof. (Dr) Karan Peepre. About 500 participants (Including faculties, students and staff) of AIIMS Raipur actively contribute to generate awareness about “Saying No to single use plastics”, further plastic free campaign followed by the Shramdan. The surrounding of AIIMS premises was cleaned during the shramdhan (Photograph attached).
